| Infertility is the failure of a couple to become pregnant after one year of regular, unprotected intercourse. - Wear loose briefs. Tight briefs can raise the temperature of the testicles and prevents its breathing and kills the sperms or disable the sperms from fertilizing the egg.
- Stay away from hot tubs as it can kill the sperm in the testes. Use of steam rooms is allowed.
